You'll work directly on the decision engine — the part of KartiLine that reads context and acts on it. Real models, real production traffic, real impact from week one.

What you'll do

→ Prototype and ship features for the AI decision engine that routes, tags, and triages real workflows.

→ Fine-tune and evaluate models against live production data, then measure what actually moved.

→ Build evals and guardrails so automated decisions stay safe, explainable, and trustworthy.

→ Pair with senior engineers — your code goes to production, not a sandbox that gets thrown away.

What we look for

→ Hands-on experience with LLMs, ML, or applied AI — coursework, projects, or prior internships all count.

→ Strong Python; comfort with at least one ML framework (PyTorch, JAX, or similar).

→ You ship. You'd rather build a rough working thing than write a perfect plan for nothing.

→ Genuine curiosity about making AI reliable in the messy real world — not just on benchmarks.
